Dear Friends at Soaring Heart, It has been about 2 1/2 weeks now since you delivered our new bed (the natural classic latex with the latex topper) and I wanted to write you to tell you that my husband and I are truly enjoying it! Hi there, I just wanted to thank you for your excellent products ans excellent service. As an existing fan of yours (I purchased a synthetic latex futon and and 2" wool topper a couple years ago), I decided to get a pillow as a replacement for my rather sad, down-filled pillows. I visited your store roght before closing on friday, Nov. 4. The guy who helped me was fantastic to work with - really knew his stuff and was the perfect blend of laid back, allowing me to go try the pillows on my own, and then right there for me with helpful information when I found I wasn't able to decide. I ended up choosing the synthetic latex [pillow]. Since replacing my down pillows with the one synthetic latex pillow, I've been enjoying a much more peaceful night's sleep. Than you for adding more rest and relaxation to my life!
