Most* Soaring Heart items are produced in 5 business days before shipping. Longer lead time may apply to vendor items and mattresses. If you're unsure if your package will arrive in time for the holidays, please contact our customer service team to confirm.

While these are the dates provided by the shipping companies, they do not guarantee shipping times, and there may be delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Important Shipping Dates:

Dec 15 - last day to UPS Ground to east coast

Dec 18 - last day for USPS Priority Mail

Dec 19 - last day for UPS 3 Day / last day for UPS Ground to west coast

Dec 20 - last day for UPS 2nd Day

UPS Holidays - No pick up or deliveries on Nov 24, Dec 26 and Jan 2

USPS Holidays - no service - Dec 26 and Jan 2
