    Handcrafted

Every one of our organic innerspring mattresses is expertly constructed by artisan craftsmen, by hand. Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company has partnered with McRoskey Mattress Company, the leader in innerspring mattresses since 1899, to create the first organic innerspring of its kind.

    Perfect Support

Using a unique coil system designed to be able to flex twice as much as normal springs while reducing motion transfer and surrounded in over 30lbs of organic cotton and wool, our organic innerspring contours to the unique shape of your body for perfect support and comfort.

    Aerated

Look along the sides of our organic innerspring mattress and you will see a double row of eyelets. These eyelets allow your mattress to breath, which keeps you cool and your mattress dry and clean.

  • Each Innerspring Mattress is made using only the finest organic materials. From the organic wool farmed from small family ranches, to the USA grown organic long-fiber cotton, everything has been sourced, vetted, and meticulously double checked by third party certifiers and personally by Soaring Heart.

Soaring Heart works closely with our suppliers.  We travel to their operations, getting to know them and their materials.  We collaborate with our suppliers so we can meet and exceed our exacting standards. We take huge pride in our products and in all the people behind them.

It's because of these special relationships with our suppliers and their wonderful organic wool, organic latex, organic cotton and their commitment to upholding organic certifications that we aren’t forced to spoil our products with chemicals or synthetics. No Soaring Heart product has any chemical-based foam or synthetic fire retardants whatsoever. Nothing but good, honest organic materials provided by good, honest people.

All Soaring Heart Products are 100% GOTS & GOLS certified and we are very proud that our latex mattresses are made with Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS) certified latex.

  • Hourglass Coil

The coils of our Innerspring Mattress are specially designed in an open-ended hourglass shape. This shape makes it possible for the coil to compress much further than a traditional spring could, allowing the mattress to perfectly conform to the geography of your body.

    Interlocking Springs

If you were to look down at the spring core of our mattress before the many layers of cotton and wool were applied you'd notice that the springs are not full circles connected at the edges, but half circles connected - by hand - in an interlocking clockwise/counterclockwise pattern. This pattern lets the coils compress and flex independently without sacrificing structural integrity, providing you with a bed free from the motion transfer of a partner for years to come.

    Helical Wire Lacing

Unlike other innerspring mattresses, ours doesn't use a single large gauge wire along the outer edge of the mattress. These thick wires hold the coils together, but make the mattress stiff and reduce it's give. Our mattresses use a helical wire (tightly coiled like a spring) that's hand laced through the outer edge of the coil bed. This gives the bed needed structure, but keeps the flexibility, allowing the mattress to fully conform to your body and even fold in half!

  • Innerspring mattresses need to be flipped once a month. Steel springs compress very slowly, but over time and with constant use, the springs will lose some of their resistance. Flip your mattress so that it can wear evenly.

    Other Instructions:

    • Keep your mattress on a slatted bed frame off the ground. This provides proper ventilation, stopping moisture buildup.

    • Always use a mattress pad. The mattress pad protects the mattress from body moisture, spills and accidents. You can clean a mattress pad, you can't clean a mattress.
