Soaring Heart is pleased to host classes in our shop every Wednesday night in March! Guild Certified Feldenkrais teacher, Becci Parsons' classes are designed to restore our natural capacity to rest, recover and heal from the stress of daily life. After last night's class I have to say, I sure slept soundly - and awoke this morning smiling about some of the very simple tools she shared to reduce stress, relax - and let go of all the noise in our days.
At Soaring Heart we're committed to help everyone find healthy, all natural ways to enjoy their sleep. While we might not have perfect answers on every issue - we're sure interested in learning more, trying new ideas, and passing along insights to all interested. Please check out Becci's website at www.becciparsons.com for more information, or contact her directly to register for an upcoming class at bparsons@seatnet.com.

When shopping for a new mattress, you’ve likely come across the term “pillow top.” It sounds luxurious—like sleeping on a cloud. But before you commit to one, it’s important to understand its drawbacks. If you’re looking for a mattress that promotes spinal alignment, lasting comfort, and overall better sleep quality, you may want to consider an alternative sleep system.
When it comes to improving your sleep quality and overall well-being, an organic mattress might seem like a luxury, but it’s truly an investment in your health, comfort, and the environment.
