Our #1 New Year's resolution is to fill the year ahead with outstanding customer service. No one likes to find something out of stock or an order will be delayed for weeks. Rest assured if we build it - we can deliver it. Plus we've reached out to all suppliers to understand what drives their delays - and these days, everything seems to be weeks behind. No empty promises here - if we know something can't get to you in time - our goal is to be totally up front and transparent.
While we'll never be perfect, we believe that shopping small businesses like ours can be both rewarding - and fun! We like getting to know our customers - recognizing your names (and faces). We are proud to share our specials, our staff favorite products, our supplier promotions.
