If you're not already a fan of Kathryn Nicolai and her nightly bedtime podcast - you should be. At Soaring Heart we want to explore any and all options for improving healthy, all-natural sleep and Kathryn's "Nothing Much Happens" stories - will be sure to put you to sleep!

While we don't want to give away too much information you should know:
- We love how Kathryn recommends finding your favorite pillow, snuggling into your bed and bedding - and letting go of all your other distractions
- We marvel at the number of mornings we wake up smiling about the story - (or what little we remember of it) - often replaying it to verify that truly nothing much happened at the end.
- Great sleep is challenge for so many people. It is wonderful to have a place to go and validate that there are ways to have fun exploring new approaches to great sleep, breaking bad habits, and celebrating our enchantment with the "Village of Nothing Much" instead of the 900 emails awaiting our response or the family task list that never, ever seems to end.
Mark my words - you will love listening to Kathryn even more when you're snuggling up in one of our lovingly made Soaring Heart beds! Sweet Dreams.

When shopping for a new mattress, you’ve likely come across the term “pillow top.” It sounds luxurious—like sleeping on a cloud. But before you commit to one, it’s important to understand its drawbacks. If you’re looking for a mattress that promotes spinal alignment, lasting comfort, and overall better sleep quality, you may want to consider an alternative sleep system.
When it comes to improving your sleep quality and overall well-being, an organic mattress might seem like a luxury, but it’s truly an investment in your health, comfort, and the environment.
