All of our crib mattresses are made of extra firm latex that safely supports your baby and contain absolutely no chemical fire retardants. Our crib mattresses are designed for a slatted crib. Our mattresses have passed all flame retardants laws using a proprietary needle punched wool.

Caring for a Soaring Heart Organic Latex Mattress is easy.
• Keep your mattress on a slatted crib frame off the ground. This provides proper ventilation, stopping moisture buildup.
• Flip your mattress monthly.
• Always use a mattress pad. The mattress pad protects the mattress from body moisture, spills and accidents. You can clean a mattress pad and a moisture barrier, but you can't clean a mattress. Please note that the cotton encasement of our mattress is a part of the mattress: it is not a removable cover, and should not be washed.
