Gift Card

Hello, thank you for reaching out to me about my experience with Soaring heart. I put “mixed feelings” because when I went to buy a gift card for my son for Christmas 10 days before Christmas there was no option for $150. So, I was had to buy two separate cards totaling that amount. Also, I didn’t see a place to send the card outside of my billing address.
So, when you sent me the link so I could email you with questions, I asked that the cards be sent to my sons address in Seattle. A young woman reached out to me from the email saying she could combine the cards and send one gift card out to Josh’s address. After about eight days, my son never received the card so I reached out to her again and she said that she thought it was most likely in the mail but she had been off work so she wasn’t really sure. I never heard back. The day after Christmas my son went in there , and spoke to her personally, and she told him it had just went into the mail. This was a Christmas gift, so of course I was disappointed.
She explained to me when I complained to her that he didn’t get his gift by Christmas and she responded with an apology saying that they were understaffed. I understand this, but my son literally lives in the same block, and I believe should’ve gotten his card gift before Christmas.
So this is why I have mixed feelings about my experience with Soaring Heart.
Her kindness was appreciated, but she just didn’t follow through, so my son did not get his gift by Christmas.

My dad used this gift card toward a purchase of a new mattress, pillows, topper etc, and he’s really excited about them! Thanks!

This gift card made an excellent birthday present. My mom was really happy!

We gave this gift card to my sister in law who got herself a great new pillow and is thrilled!
